AI-assisted SDLC & STLC
How we build software with AI
AI handles the repetitive work at every step, from specs to tests to release notes. Senior engineers make the decisions and review every change. You get software faster, without cutting corners.
Every step
AI does the heavy lifting, engineers stay in charge
Here's what AI does in each phase of development and testing, and who checks it.
Step 1
Requirements
AI doesTurns calls, documents and notes into a draft spec, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Human checkpointBusiness analyst reviews and signs off the scope with you.
Step 2
Design
AI doesDrafts wireframes, architecture options and API contracts to compare quickly.
Human checkpointArchitect picks the approach and owns the design decisions.
Step 3
Build
AI doesGenerates and refactors code with Claude, Codex, Cursor and Copilot inside our workflow.
Human checkpointSenior engineer reviews every pull request before it is merged.
Step 4
Testing (STLC)
AI doesWrites test cases from acceptance criteria, builds Playwright scripts and finds edge cases.
Human checkpointQA lead approves the test suite and runs exploratory testing.
Step 5
Review & security
AI doesReviews pull requests and scans dependencies and code for common security issues.
Human checkpointEngineers fix and verify every finding.
Step 6
Release & support
AI doesDrafts release notes, summarises logs and helps triage alerts and bugs.
Human checkpointOn-call engineer decides and ships the fix.
Step 7
Documentation
AI doesKeeps technical and user docs up to date with every change.
Human checkpointReviewed at the end of each sprint.

How we keep your code and data safe
Using AI should never put your IP or your users at risk. These rules apply on every project.
Your code is not used for training
We use business plans of our AI tools that don't train models on your code or data.
No secrets in prompts
Credentials, keys and production data are never shared with AI tools.
A human reviews everything
No AI-written change ships without senior code review and passing tests.
You own all the code
AI-assisted or not, 100% of the code and IP is yours, under NDA on request.
Your rules, per project
Need to limit AI use or approve specific tools? We set it up per project.
FAQ
Questions we hear most
Quick answers about working with us.
Do you use AI to write code?
Yes. We use AI tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor and GitHub Copilot across the whole process: drafting specs, writing and refactoring code, generating tests and reviewing changes. Senior engineers design the system and review every change before it ships.
Does AI make development faster or cheaper?
Both. AI takes over repetitive work like boilerplate, test writing and documentation, so the same team delivers more in each sprint. You get working software sooner and pay for fewer hours on routine tasks.
Is AI-written code safe and maintainable?
Every AI-assisted change goes through the same senior code review, automated tests and security checks as hand-written code. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't ship.
Is my code used to train AI models, and who owns it?
No. We use business plans of our AI tools that don't train on your code, and we never share credentials or production data with them. You own 100% of the code and IP, AI-assisted or not.
How much does custom software development cost?
It depends on scope, but you'll always get a fixed quote or a monthly team rate before any work starts. Book a free 30-minute call, share what you need, and we'll send an estimate with a breakdown by feature.
How long does a typical project take?
Simple websites take 4–6 weeks, mobile apps 12–16 weeks, and larger business systems 16–24+ weeks. We confirm the timeline after discovery and can phase delivery around your launch date.
Can you work in our time zone?
Yes. Our hours are 9 AM–9 PM Bangladesh time (GMT+6), which overlaps with the UK, Europe, Australia and the US morning. We schedule calls at times that suit you and send daily written updates.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. We sign an NDA on request, keep access restricted to your project team, and hand over full source code and IP ownership.
What happens if a developer leaves?
Your project is never tied to one person. Code reviews, documentation and a stable core team mean someone already knows your product, and we handle any handover for you.
